He should be treated as a criminal. We Indians do not know how to respect our courts. On one hand, they feel that influencial people go scot free after committing heinous crime and on other hand they criticise that courts favour people with power and money. I have nothing but praise for the Judge who had courage to convict this man. I will feel very happy if Sanjay Dutt appeals to Supreme court and then it hands over even a harsher punishment. This will send out a strong message to everyone that you can not buy justice in soverign India. This is a decision of a court which has gone through all the evidence.
