The BBMP & CEO jointly did the corrections & sent the corrected 5 EPIC to me on 19.02.2011
It took 8 month . This is India & this is our Election Urgent Slogans always . Those were processing the EPIC in Computer – they are all lacking of commonsence. This types of person should not be entrusted this types of most important National Work .No one will belive my followup for the last 8 months. The CEO & BBMP Office now well aware of the point
I appealed to them – ie. No further any Photographs those needs change of address as all
the records with BBMP & CEO . And in my case they did as per the photographa on the Form 8 & 8A -application. Thanks to BBMP & CEO Karnataka. Late than never.( I am a upright man Plz. go through the recent past “Bangalore Mirror “dt 4.2.11 Page-16 & 9.2.11 Page-14.)

Looks like there’s an identity crisis here. Threre are several instruments that can be used as identity proof. PAN card is most prominent amongst them and can be made easily.

Others are Ration card, Driving License, identity card given by your company where you work at, your credit/debit card with photo, your passport, your passbook copy with photo given by your bank etc.

Please do make use of them.

I D Card is very important to all citizens . If u dont have EPIC/Voter ID then u can apply
to ur are Post Office for ID Cards & the fees will be Rs.100/- And if ur a Sr.Ctzn then go
to Comm of Polce Infantry Road & apply there for ID .

Your EPIC cant be now. However, u go to J P Ngr Post Office & get application form and apply a Postal ID Card with Rs.100/-fee . This is most important Govt of India ID Card .But
it will take approx 1 month time . This can be serve ur purpose ! Any one needs ID can take
this facilities.

They have taken measures and assured me,through the dealing Asst ( Mr.Gundaiah # 9980516096) that, they will definitely issuue the correct EPIC on 21.02.2011 . Our records
as AC-172BTM Lyt, Ward-176 , Part No. 215 MLA (Page-26) Sl.Nos. 631 to 635. And our Bldg
No. as per BBMP No.is 85 ( not 4/1 or 4/7) However,lets wait & watch.

You have not informed me ur detail . However, your EPIC concern Office is BDA Shopping Complex 4th Block,Jayanagar in 1st Floor . All the work – the New EPIC Application Form-6
not accepting now . The Census India work on process (9.2.11 – 28.2.11) The New EPIC
will be only after the Notification of ECI/CEO (keep in touch with your ARO). Sorry.

Sorry , for the last 7 month lots of Emails,Telephones ,letters,prayers,appeal requests,and personal visits for the correction of EPIC Form No.8 & 8A submitted on the BBMP Office on 24.06.2011. All gone astray & there is no words further to write to these authorities . Now only alternate to take shelter in proper court of law And this is my last informations to concern authorities – The Chief Election Commissioner of India,The Chief Electoral Officer of Karnataka & The Commissioner of BBMP .

After laps of 7 month today got the EPIC from BBMP Office,Jayanagar 2ndBlock,(LIC Colony)Bangalore-560011. And the all 5 nos EPIC completely wrong .No use at all. Its definitely a consprecy & not to be allow us to take part in Election & National Agenda.

Government Officers forgetting that they are accountable to public for their act & carelessness. National Budgets drainout only for this types of attitudes of the Officials and there carelessness attitude. There is no accountability nor any responsibility .If the Officers does not understand the English & what was written in the Form -6,8 & 8A, then IS IT WORTH – to allow them to continue in this most important organisations where the public is most important to the National interest & Nations fate involve . This is India “Chaltahai sabkuchh” Mera Bharat Mahan.

Plz submit a FIR in the concern Police Station in ur area as Lost the EPIC in detail & get the copy endorsed by the said Police Station .
2nd Step:
Meet the concern ARO/BBMP of ur ward and submit an application with a xerox copy of the FIR submitted in PS.
3rd Step:

Sorry, Inspite of regular reminders,the authorities has no interest to solve the peoples problem & only they beatting their own drums-”Election Urgent” ,why so ! Non have the responsibility or accountability in India.

We have already applied in ECI Form No. 8A + 8 dt.24.06.2010 . Is it necessary to apply once again ? For submitting the Form took me 9 month & after submission more than 4 month past . But don’t know when can I get the EPIC? Its important for citizen but not important to the election authorities . Its better not to impose EPIC ID anywhare as ID?
To get rid of this problem findout some solution. To my mind,there should pe a permanent
Office ,where, round the year citizen can apply Form- 8 & 8 A & within 2 weeks EPIC will be
delivered. Why for new Photogaphs ? When existing EPIC having all record only address
has to be change. By this Nation wide time & mony will be saved as well as participation on (Election ) casting vote definitely will be increased.

Actually I badly wantd to issue a voter ID earlier. Last time I was a bit unlucky because I reached the BBMP Office late, after the cards were already issued (the last date of issual was 10th of April but I reached there on the 12th of April). The person in the BBMP office consoled me and said to return one and half months later for the corporation elections. He said that during that time cards will again be issued fresh.
Well,…. now its already more that one and half months passed. And I don’t know if the dates for issual of cards have been announced yet.

CAN ANYONE CONFIRM ME THE DATES?

Getting EPIC in bangalore is realy very easy. first (if you are new to bangalore) register you name (form 6) in electrol office of your ward.( to find out your ward logon to http://www.bangalorevoterid.org)in a weeks time you get your reg no: with division no: take this to epic (photo) centre and take your EPIC in no time.

I haven’t got the replied from you for my previous mail, as your site conveys that, once we register our details in JagooRe.com, we need to send an SMS to you saying that we have submitted the form 1 to ERO or VFC, what happens next is my question????, are our details shared with VFC/ERO, or its just for your database. It has become a mystery to me.

I would like to explain my pain and vain in getting the voter ID, yesterday at Madiwala-VFC, its was the last date yesterday for the EPIC, almost 2000 people were waiting in the queue (it was a mad rush), I was one among them, waited for hours together( from 4 pm to 8 PM), I could not get the details from one counter and go to the next counter for the voter ID (clicking my photo), my long standing for hours in the queue all went in vain, I also commented on TV 9 news about the problem I/we had faced yesterday. Today morning again I had been to the Madiwala-VFC, to check my details, I tried to check, luckily I met one nice person from the VFC, who helped me to check the details in the database, he told me that my form is rejected???, I was bit surprised about this???, how could this be possible (as I had register through jagoore.com), and I had to explain about my voter registration through jagoore.com, how could my form get rejected.

I am really helpless now, whether to vote!!! Or not to vote!!!, or can I vote????, since my registration has happened I really don’t know. Kindly answer my query

I was reading through the news paper to find out the schedule for the issue of VOTER ID in Bangalore. However, it was not clear in the new paper as to when and where they will schedule the photo id issue and also to relating to which ward. Hence started browsing through the net and found the useful link/web address http://www.bangalorevoterid.org which is very much helpful in finding the schedule of issue of photographs. However, for this one should know his ward no. and part. This can be obtained through http://ceokarnataka.kar.nic.in under o Electoral Rolls of Delimited Assembly Constituencies published as on 29-03-2008 – PDF format which requires little effort to find as the fonts are not readable. Hope everyone who is trying to find the information relating to issue of voter id card will be helpful. You can mail me at wdds@rediffmail.com for any clarification.
